Welcome to SWM Radio ("we," "our," or "the App"), available at swmradioapp.media. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

SWM Radio provides live radio streaming, prayer request submission, Bible memorization tools, DJ messaging, and testimony sharing. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.

2. User-Submitted Content

  • You are responsible for the content you submit (prayer requests, DJ messages, testimonies).
  • You grant us permission to use, display, and broadcast your submitted content within the App and on-air.
  • You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
  • We reserve the right to remove or decline any content at our discretion.

3. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities conducted under it. You agree to provide accurate information when setting up your profile (such as a username).

4. Intellectual Property

The App's design, branding, and original content are owned by SWM Radio. Bible verses are from the King James Version (KJV), which is in the public domain. You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to the license granted above.

5. Acceptable Use

  • Do not attempt to disrupt or compromise the App's security.
  • Do not use the App to spam, harass, or harm others.
  • Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the radio stream or any feature. Streaming quality may vary based on your network connection.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SWM Radio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
